Our Wild Venison Pork & Leek sausages are made with Wild Venison with shoulder of locally produced Free Range Pork. The addition of the leek and some carefully selected herbs & spices gives these sausages a delightful tang. Our most popular product at the farmers markets. They can be pan-fried in olive oil, grilled, or added to the diced haunch to make a superb casserole.
