Wild venison haunch steaks are our second most popular product, for a unique experience, marinate the steaks with a good red wine in the refrigerator for a couple of hours prior to cooking. Then place in a hot pan of olive oil for 3 minutes. A personal favourite is to cook over open flame for a distinctive flavour.
If you prefer some fat on your steak then select Chinese Water Deer as the species! For a lean steak then choose Muntjac, Roe or Red.
Our steaks are available in a wide variety of weights, just choose the weight required from the drop down menu, along with deer species and we will butcher them to your precise specification.
