Easily our biggest selling product at this time of year, we have been supplying these beautiful joints for over 20 years and it has become our signature product.

We carefully butcher the Loins of Three Species of Wild Venison then wrap them in British Streaky Bacon and tie to create Christmas perfection.

Making a tasty alternative to simply roasted venison. The loins are supplied boned, rolled and tied with British smoked streaky bacon. Choose from Fallow, Red, Roe, Chinese Water Deer and Muntjac Loins. Please specify when ordering.

Using sustainable, freshly harvested wild deer from the West Coast of Scotland – The difference being the addition of Sika wild venison. Please specify Sika when ordering and we will ensure you receive the Highland Special!!
