Made from the finest cuts of 100% Wild Venison, utilising the abundance of wild mushrooms in the forest which are dried after being picked in the autumn, then re hydrated and mixed with a secret blend of herbs and spices. The recipe to which has been a closely guarded secret for 8 years! These burgers are perfect for the BBQ. They can be cooked either on the griddle of a Gas BBQ or on the grill of a charcoal BBQ. Cook to your preference. There are two burgers per pack.
